What Strixa AI does

Strixa AI helps users track AI topics, organize meaningful changes, maintain subscriptions, and receive notification preferences across visits.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide account access, topic tracking, billing, and notifications.

• Google sign-in data: Google account id, email address, display name, and profile image when you choose Continue with Google.
• Account data: login email, session identifiers, selected topics, subscription preferences, notification preferences, and read status.
• Billing data: subscription plan, entitlement status, checkout status, and payment processor references. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage and security data: page requests, device or browser metadata, IP address, timestamps, errors, and service logs used to keep the product reliable.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve user-facing Strixa AI features.

• Authenticate your account and keep your public session active.
• Sync topic subscriptions, timelines, notification settings, and account preferences.
• Send requested magic links, notification emails, weekly digests, and billing-related messages.
• Confirm paid entitlements and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Debug reliability issues and understand whether the tracking experience is working as intended.

Google user data

When you use Google sign-in, Strixa AI uses Google user data only for authentication, account identification, and keeping your tracking preferences connected to your account.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train AI models.

Sharing and service providers

We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving Strixa AI.

We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the product, such as hosting infrastructure, email delivery providers, analytics infrastructure, and payment processors. These providers may process data only for the services they provide to Strixa AI.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, subscription, notification, and operational records for as long as needed to provide Strixa AI, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable service records.

You can request deletion of your account data by contacting [email protected]. When deletion is complete, we will remove or anonymize personal information unless retention is required by law, security, billing, or legitimate operational needs.

Security

We use access controls, HTTPS transport, session safeguards, and operational logs to protect account data and detect abuse or service failures.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we keep data access limited to what is necessary to operate and support Strixa AI.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Strixa AI evolves. If changes materially affect how we use personal information or Google user data, we will update this page and, when appropriate, notify users through the product or email.
